The welding rods or PVDF welding wire is used to weld PVDF plastic tanks and components. PVDF combines good thermal, mechanical, electrical and chemical resistance,with the working temperature, ranging from -30°C  to 150 °C . PVDF welding rod is an important material often used in situations where PVC and PP do not meet chemical requirements. PVDF Welding Rods are available in round diameter and triangle, the PVDF resin is sold under various brand names including Kynar and Solef PVDF.

PVDF welding rods are commonly used for welding PVDF parts on process equipment, tank liners, wet process stations, etcher parts, valves, pumps, seals, and gaskets.
